Wedding fusion

I absolutely love this London pub wedding for it’s natural moments and raw emotions. Pubs are a magic place you can rely on for great atmosphere, yummy food and plenty of drinks. That’s how Channon and Jonathon chose to celebrate their love. This Greek-British combo wedding was really fun, laid back and there was also plenty of dancing! What more could I want?

We started the day with beautiful Channon getting ready at her mother’s home in Islington. As you might expect, the house was full of laughter, kids running around, last minute touch-ups and this gave me plenty of opportunities to capture the energy of the day. I loved the order in all the chaos as family came together to make the day run smoothly. What I learned over time is that no plans can run perfectly and you should always be prepared for unexpected stuff to challenge your day – like last minute wedding dress touch ups. As long as you take them all on board with a smile like beautiful Channon did, I promise you’ll have a blast.

London Pub Wedding

The ceremony was at Islington Town Hall and it was absolutely lovely and emotional. Afterwards the party moved across the road to The Vineyard Pub where I witnessed some Greek wedding traditions and some good old fun. I think pubs are a great place for making fabulous memories with family and friends: they’re cosy, friendly, with delicious food and good music! Perfect for a cool relaxed wedding!

It’s always a privilege to be a part of a wedding and feel like one of the guests, and that’s how I felt here. I loved the atmosphere and the smiles and fuzzy feeling this wedding gave me. Hope you get the same from seeing below photographs. Cheers!
